Minimum Qualifications
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst prepares, analyzes and distributes a variety of management information reports and documents, including annual compliance reporting for HR and benefits such as EEO1, ACA and nondiscrimination testing. This is an 8-hour shift 5 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 8:00-16:30, totaling 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least three to five years' experience in Information Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong presentation, organization and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in HR measurement, metrics, analytics, and knowledge of performance improvement methods and application of performance improvement tools.
- Must be proficient in Excel. Tableau experience preferred.
- Must have critical thinking skills and be fluent in the English language.
