HRIS Analyst
About the role
By Light Professional IT Services LLC supports defense, civilian, and commercial IT customers worldwide by administering and developing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR and training data systems. We configure and implement systems to meet ongoing business needs and generate reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, training, and workforce analytics.
Responsibilities
- Ensures data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations.
- Works with leadership to define system requirements and with external vendors to evaluate and recommend selection of HR systems and training software and systems.
- Administers ADP HRISCore HR functionality, Performance Management, Document Management, Open Enrollment, Policy Acknowledgment, Manager Self-service, Employee Self-service.
- Administers a variety of training platforms including Brainshark, Mineral, LinkedIn Learning, Traliant, Optimizes HRIS and training platforms.
- Ensures data integrity of HR and training platforms.
- Ensures compliance reports are completed accurately and timely.
- EEO/VETS/AA/Other required reporting.
- Prepares routine and ad hoc reports.
- Researches and implements system upgrades.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience required. 4-6 years of experience with data system management, in ADP.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritizing based on deliverable deadlines.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth HRIS experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite.

Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually. Additional benefits include:

Annual base salary provided is a guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary may vary based on experience, education, training, skill set, internal peer equity, clearance level, and market conditions.
