About the role

Title: HRIS Analyst
Status: Full-time FLSA: Exempt
Location: hybrid - employee required to be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week in De Pere, WI, Shawano WI, or Scottsville, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to ticketing system cases with prompt and accurate resolutions. Includes internal ticketing and external ticketing with vendor support.
  • Completes projects, both within Human Resources and cross-departmentally, related to HR technology, including but not limited to: creating/modifying workflows, reports, dashboards, checklists, custom forms, etc.
  • Pairs internally and externally to develop and maintain information flow between HRIS and other applications (i.e. insurance vendors, reporting mechanisms, etc.)
  • Maintains relationship with HRIS vendor, researches and shares learnings, potential enhancements or changes with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible to maintain permission settings within systems as outlined by user group or by management: providing appropriate ability to view, edit and modify information for all levels and functions within the system.
  • Reviews existing functionality and business processes and suggests changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintains data integrity, ensures data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations.
  • Sets up and conducts system audits to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Attends trainings and seminars to maintain awareness of technology changes, updates and upgrades.
  • Creates and edits reports, analyzes information and shares insights.
  • May create special reports for users.
  • Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • Provides training for system users.
  • May complete special projects as assigned by Human Resources Director.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively utilize (writing, speaking, reading) the English language.
  • Must understand people and be able to communicate and answer questions in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action for the organization at any given point in time.
  • Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.
  • Requires strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Requires education as is generally acquired in four (4) years of college with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or 3 -5 years relevant work experience.
  • Requires demonstrated experience working within HRIS, preferred experience with UKG/Kronos.
  • Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflicts and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow implicit and explicit written and oral instructions.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • May require standing and walking for up to 10% of work time.
