This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, leave administration, compliance, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary HR resource for employee inquiries, policies, and HR systems supportManage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, and compliance trackingMaintain employee data integrity within HRIS systems and support audits, reporting, and process improvementsPartner cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and Benefits teams to ensure a seamless employee experienceQualifications2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related fieldExperience supporting multiple HR functions, including compliance, leave administration, benefits, and employee lifecycle activitiesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with UKG or a similar HRIS platform is highly preferredBachelor's degree and HR certification are welcome but not requiredIdeal CandidateWe're looking for someone who is warm, polished, adaptable, and team oriented.
