Position Summary
Innovative Health is seeking a highly organized, people-focused HR Specialist – Recruiting to support the company's continued growth by managing and coordinating the full-cycle recruiting process.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned positions, from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, qualifications, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Post job openings to appropriate job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, applicant databases, professional organizations, schools, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coincide interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Aid hiring managers with candidate selection and provide guidance regarding recruiting best practices.
- Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with approved compensation and company policies.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks, drug screening, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or an HR generalist role with significant recruiting responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iSolve.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, medical device, healthcare services, or a related industry.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
- Experience recruiting technical, clinical, operations, or professional-level positions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
