About the role
The role focuses on high-volume recruiting coordination, offer delivery, and maintaining accurate hiring records while helping attract strong talent.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective candidates through consistent, high-volume communication to build interest and move applicants through the hiring pipeline.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process without conducting the interviews directly.
- Present employment offers to selected candidates, answer routine questions, and help maintain momentum through the final stages of hiring.
- Keep recruiting documentation current and organized to support accurate tracking and compliance across the hiring process.
- Update information within the HR system to reflect candidate activity, offer status, and other key recruiting details.
- Promote the employer brand effectively by communicating opportunities in a compelling way that encourages candidate engagement.
- Manage multiple open positions at once while responding quickly to shifting business needs and hiring priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or another high-volume outreach role with strong candidate engagement responsibilities.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with frequent phone-based communication and competing priorities.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates, building interest in opportunities, and representing the company in a detail-oriented manner.
- Familiarity with hiring processes, recruiting documentation, and general talent acquisition workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep records accurate and schedules well managed.
- Resilience, persistence, and a results-driven approach to meeting recruiting demands.
- Experience using HR or applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate and hiring information.
