About the role

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator provides support to human resource operations processes at Consumer Cellular, Inc. This position offers administrative and clerical support in day-to-day human resource operations activities. Duties may vary daily depending on the needs of business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Send out To-Do Lists for employment changes including conversions, terminations, promotions, demotions, name corrections, new hires, and rehires.
  • Manage and maintain HR communication channels, distributing mail, Service Desk, and HR Inbox to appropriate recipients.
  • Maintain employee files and update ADP records, including creating, tracking, completing checklists, shredding, filing, and scanning.
  • Support the team with new hires, job changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations in ADP.
  • Complete checklists for employee status changes.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the site.
  • Greet and check in visitors and deliveries.
  • Respond to or coordinate responses to HR requests.
  • Make calls regarding returned mail received.
  • Manipulate ad-hoc reports to audit employee information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist the Leave Administrator with sending out leave communication as needed.
  • Assist with benefits-related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Confidentiality is a must.
  • 2 to 4-year college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formula creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Process thinking and strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability in high-level computer proficiency.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a group environment.
  • Regular attendance and working on-site is essential.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $42,000
Maximum Salary: $52,500

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
