About the role

The Human Resources Manager provides HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE). This position also manages and administers several critical HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Issue resolution, follow up, and recommendations for corporate COEs including hotline calls response, investigation and follow-up, corrective action/performance management consulting, and policy interpretation.
  • Engagement Initiatives - Development and follow-up of the Engagement Action Plan, coordination of corporate engagement and celebration activities.
  • Talent Acquisition - Point of contact for Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership programs.
  • HR Metrics Reporting and Analysis.
  • Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed.
  • On-boarding programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent.
  • Experience conducting investigations and resolving issues required.
  • Proven ability to interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to train and make presentations.
  • Organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
