HR Generalist Specialist
About the role
The Human Resources Manager provides HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE). This position also manages and administers several critical HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Issue resolution, follow up, and recommendations for corporate COEs including hotline calls response, investigation and follow-up, corrective action/performance management consulting, and policy interpretation.
- Engagement Initiatives - Development and follow-up of the Engagement Action Plan, coordination of corporate engagement and celebration activities.
- Talent Acquisition - Point of contact for Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership programs.
- HR Metrics Reporting and Analysis.
- Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed.
- On-boarding programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- HR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent.
- Experience conducting investigations and resolving issues required.
- Proven ability to interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to train and make presentations.
- Organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
