HR Generalist

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. in Human Resources from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of professional hands-on experience in Human Resources.
  • Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.
  • Knowledge of multi-state compliance.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and current HR practices.
  • Knowledge of Non-disclosure and Proprietary Information and Invention Agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aid in sourcing candidates and recruiting processes.
  • Manage employee data in our HRIS systems (Current Platforms: Rippling, Absorb, & Trakstar).
  • Aid in managing compliance and producing compliance reporting, including but not limited to EEOC, OSHA, and 401k.
  • Aid in benefits and open enrollment.
  • Create and maintain relationships across the organization to positively influence culture.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
  • Conduct onboarding and exit processes.
  • Aid in immigration processing.
  • Coordinate company events.
  • Answer employee questions as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as needed.
