BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. in Human Resources from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of professional hands-on experience in Human Resources.
- Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
- Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Background checks are required.
- Knowledge of multi-state compliance.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and current HR practices.
- Knowledge of Non-disclosure and Proprietary Information and Invention Agreements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid in sourcing candidates and recruiting processes.
- Manage employee data in our HRIS systems (Current Platforms: Rippling, Absorb, & Trakstar).
- Aid in managing compliance and producing compliance reporting, including but not limited to EEOC, OSHA, and 401k.
- Aid in benefits and open enrollment.
- Create and maintain relationships across the organization to positively influence culture.
- Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
- Conduct onboarding and exit processes.
- Aid in immigration processing.
- Coordinate company events.
- Answer employee questions as needed.
- Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as needed.
