HR Administrator
Responsibilities
- Work alongside warehouse supervisors to understand staffing needs and support staffing plans for open roles.
- Identify prospective candidates through staffing partners and additional recruiting sources to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Cook up interview logistics and help ensure a smooth experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
- Aid in candidate selection activities by organizing feedback and supporting the evaluation process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant information, and related documentation.
- Handle administrative support tasks such as data entry, document organization, filing, and routine correspondence.
- Respond to employee and applicant questions with professionalism and provide day-to-day support as needed.
- Contribute to inventory-related administrative work and assist with broader HR or office projects when required.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Prior experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative coordination, or customer-facing support is needed.
- Strong ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, and follow through on details.
- Educated in effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Comfortable collaborating with managers, warehouse personnel, and applicants in a team-based environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capable of working accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a proactive approach.
