- Supports open enrollment logistics, including communications, tracking, and follow-up with employees who have not completed enrollment.
- Sends timecard and payroll deadline reminders and tracks completion ahead of each payroll cycle.
- Prepares employment verifications and routine letters using approved templates.
- Maintains HR trackers, checklists, and calendars so status is always current and visible.
- Performs other administrative duties to support the HR department as assigned.
Interview & Recruiting Coordination
- Schedules interviews across hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels, including sending calendar invites, confirmations, and setting up video links.
- Manages the interview calendar/tracker, allowing the Sr. Recruiter to focus on sourcing and candidate strategy.

- Creates the new hire page from the approved template and schedules the HR welcome and BAI training call ahead of each start date.
Compliance & Records Support
- Tracks completion of required policy acknowledgments, and mandatory notices, and reports outstanding items.
- Handles all employee and candidate information with strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
