Qualifications
- Qualify process changes in the life cycle of an employee including but not limited to, onboarding new hires, processing promotions and transfers, and offboarding employees in our HRIS.
- Review timecard exceptions and assist with reviewing payroll for US and Canada.
- Prepare and ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information, changes in job/employment status, performance evaluations, etc.
- Respond to employee and leader inquiries in a timely and professional manner while facilitating a superior employee experience.
- Identify common inquiries from employees and leaders and suggest process improvements and/or additional job aids and communications to address root causes.
- Afford assistance to other members of the HR team, as needed, with various projects including benefit re-enrollment, annual review cycle, reporting & analytics, recruitment, employee relations, etc.
- Stay updated on company compliance/policy changes and employment labor standards.
- Review mail for HR department and distribute to appropriate person/action accordingly.
- Create scheduled and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support Human Resources and Payroll operations, helping to maintain accurate employee records and meet critical processing deadlines.
- Provide HR support including employee recordkeeping, onboarding and offboarding, and responding to employee and manager questions.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality while balancing meticulous data management with people-centric support.
