About This Role SpartanX is seeking a highly organized HR Administrator to provide administrative support for the Human Resources department and help ensure our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys organization, accuracy, and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle. The HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, processing HR transactions, supporting recruiting efforts, and assisting with day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable learning new technology, and preferably has experience using Rippling HRIS. What You'll Do HR Administration Coordinate new hire onboarding and prepare onboarding documentationMaintain accurate employee records within Rippling HRISProcess employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and separationsMaintain personnel files and ensure all HR documentation is complete and organizedAssist with employee benefits enrollment and administrative changesTrack employee acknowledgments, required documents, and policy signoffsSupport leave administration and maintain related documentationRespond to employee questions regarding HR processes and company policiesSchedule meetings, interviews, orientations, and training sessionsMaintain confidentiality of employee records and HR information Recruiting Support Assist the Recruiting team with onboarding activitiesPrepare offer letters and new hire paperworkCoordinate background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding requirementsTrack hiring activity and maintain recruiting reportsSupport job posting administration as needed Reporting & Data Management Maintain HR reports and employee spreadsheetsCreate and update reports using Microsoft ExcelAudit employee records for accuracy and completenessAssist leadership with HR metrics and administrative reportingSupport HR system updates and data integrity initiatives Qualifications 1–2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience requiredExperience using Rippling HRIS preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience supporting onboarding and employee file managementExperience creating reports and maintaining spreadsheetsExperience working in a multi-state environment is a plus What We Offer $45,000–$55,000 annual salary, based on experienceOpportunities for career growth within a rapidly growing solar companyTeam-focused culture built on accountability, professionalism, and operational excellenceOpportunity to build your HR career while supporting a growing organizationOngoing training and professional development Why SpartanX?
