Housekeeping Supervisor @ Bandon Dunes Golf Resort

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This is a Full-Time Regular position located On-site.

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all cleaning standards are met, and managing staff effectively to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleaning of all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff to ensure they are competent in their tasks and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained properly.
• Coordinate with other departments to address any issues that may arise during the cleaning process.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
