Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. This is a Full-Time Regular position located On-site.

About the role

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with hotel standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and common areas daily
• Clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Ensure all linens are changed and restocked
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies

Skills

• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest room standards
• Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
