As a Golf Shop Assistant at Bandon Dunes, you'll make every guest's golfing experience memorable by ensuring they have everything they need for their round. From checking them in for tee times to helping them find the perfect gear, your role is crucial in providing a seamless and enjoyable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Check golfers in for their tee times, confirm reservations, and relay necessary information to the shop and outside services teams.
• Help guests find and purchase the items they need, including merchandise and greens fees.
• Process payments and record sales accurately.
• Answer questions about tee times, tournaments, and resort happenings, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
• Pack, unpack, and organize inventory to keep displays full, organized, and inviting.
• Support the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional in the daily operations of the shop.
