Resort Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a Resort Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping staff and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our resort and cabin facilities. This role requires a dedicated individual who can maintain high cleaning standards while leading a team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets standards
• Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle guest complaints or special requests in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures
• Schedule staff shifts and assign duties appropriately

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
