Housekeeping Supervisor - Club Wyndham Legacy Golf Resort

About the role

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will direct and inspect the work of Resort Housepersons, Laundry Attendants, and Common Area Attendants, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are met. This role ensures Operational Compliance (OC) processes are followed, resulting in appropriate service, cleanliness, and quality levels, while supporting Health & Safety standards and procedures. You will support Housekeeping and Resort Leaders with staffing, scheduling, training, onboarding, and inventory management to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect the work of housekeeping staff to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Compliance (OC) processes for service, cleanliness, and quality.
• Support Health & Safety standards and procedures.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Train and onboard new housekeeping staff.
• Manage inventory for housekeeping departments.

Requirements

• One year of related housekeeping experience or hospitality customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable leading group facilitation.
• MS Office experience preferred.
