Housekeeping | Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Receive all keys, worksheets, and sign-in sheets for assigned area and distribute information to the Room Attendants and floor staff as needed.
• Inspect all assigned rooms, areas, and room attendant carts to ensure all set ups are in order.
• Administer direction and supervision to floor staff as needed.
• Aid in administering disciplinary action, as required.
• Ensure employees are trained in Company standards, procedures, and daily one-on-one training.

Qualifications

• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
• Bilingual highly desirable.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent.
