About the role
The Quality of Life Coordinator in Fox Point, WI is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents through various programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality of life enhancement programs
- Collaborate with residents to identify and address their needs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive support services
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social services or community development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
