HOUSE MANAGER
Position Summary
We are seeking staff to work with at-risk youth. We take pride in our structured program that focuses on changing a client's behaviors, thinking patterns, and values. Our program primarily focuses on implementing behavioral changes to assist with a successful reintegration into the home, family, and community. This opportunity is part of our residential program. This is a long-term care site for children with mental and behavioral challenges. The House Manager is responsible for the administration and coordination of the daily activities for an assigned residential unit/house including formulating and implementing house/unit policies and procedures to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
Qualifications (Education, Training And Experience)
- MUST meet 1 of these requirements related to education/experience:
- An associates degree or 60 college credit hours plus 3 years of work experience with children is required, OR
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college plus 1 year of work experience with children is required.
- Prior supervisory and/or managerial experience required.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
- Valid state driver's license required.

Pay
Competitive pay, salary starting at $58,656.

Full Time (set schedule) - evening hours
