The Role
The night auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions, maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Verify room charges and ensure accurate billing to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure all guest check-ins and check-outs are processed accurately
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in interacting with people
- Superior commitment to customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is not required
- Guest service experience is highly preferred
