About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of guest check-ins and check-outs, managing room inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest information and ensure accurate check-ins and check-outs
• Manage room inventory and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and organize work area
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
