Responsibilities
- Audit and process source documents to ensure accurate and timely recording of hotel and related revenue.
- Initiate and coordinate the generation and distribution of various hotel system reports.
- Notify the Assistant Manager of Hotel Operations of potential discrepancies and assist with research and resolution.
- Familiarize yourself with all aspects of Guest Services, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Oversee all close-day functions in the front office, ensuring all rooms are checked in and payments are secured.
- Maintain support documentation for an established filing system.
- Assist all guests during the audit shift.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency with calculators and computer input terminals, typically acquired through a high school degree or equivalent.
- Six months to one year of Front Desk experience preferred.
- Opera experience preferred.

- Ability to use a computer keyboard, 10-key, and calculator.
