About the role
We are seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will excel with numbers and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly room inspections
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room inventory and maintenance requests
- Process payments and reconcile accounts
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality
