The Role

The night auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions, maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Verify room charges and ensure accurate billing to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure all guest check-ins and check-outs are processed accurately

• Strong attention to detail
• Genuine interest in interacting with guests
• Superior commitment to customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• No previous hotel experience required
• Previous guest service experience preferred
