Hotel Night Auditor
Responsibilities
- Audit and reconcile the day’s work for the hotel, banquets, food, and beverage outlets
- Check in late-night arrivals
- Answer guest calls
- Assist guests with an outstanding quality level of customer service
- Teach new information regarding night audit duties to the night audit team
- Maintain a positive, motivated team environment
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter
- Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure
- Highly detail-oriented, particularly with numbers
- Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation
- A minimum high school diploma or GED is required
- At least one (1) year of Hotel Front Desk experience is required. At least one (1) year of Food & Beverage night audit experience, is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera (PMS), and Aloha (POS), is preferred
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
