Hotel Night Auditor

About the role

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly room counts and ensure accurate billing
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage housekeeping schedules and inventory levels
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and public areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications
