Hotel Night Auditor

About the role

This position is full-time and is for Wednesday through Sunday nights from 11 pm-7 am. Starts training immediately! Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people and possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction! Responsibilities

• Perform nightly room inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and records
• Manage housekeeping schedules and communicate with staff
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure all guest amenities are available and functioning properly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
