About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operates smoothly during the night shift. This includes performing nightly room counts, handling guest check-ins/check-outs, and managing the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly room counts and ensure all rooms are properly cleaned and ready for guests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and other hotel management software.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a hospitality or retail setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills
