About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel’s financial integrity by performing nightly reconciliations of guest accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliations of guest accounts
- Process payments and ensure accuracy
- Maintain detailed and accurate records
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures
- Handle inquiries from guests regarding their accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Passion for customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in using hotel point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities
