About the role
The Comfort Inn and Suites is located in Caldwell, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests
- Provide information about policies, services, and amenities
- Sell rooms to walk-in guests
- Enter and change reservations in the system
- Post charges to guest accounts
- Process payments from guests
- Make necessary changes to guest accounts
- Inform housekeeping of any room changes
- Respond to guest requests
- Answer the phone, transfer calls, and clean the front desk area
- Complete checklists and maintain daily logs
- Balance cash drawer
- Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
Additional Responsibilities
- Conductive to team growth, hospitality, and serving environment
- Willing to complete hospitality training and education of the hospitality industry
- Willing to complete any other duties given by the supervisor or general manager
Requirements
Knowledge of Choice Advantage is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Attire requirements: required uniform, name tag, and ear piece
- Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
