Hotel Night Audit

About the role

We’re looking for a Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position offers a balance between customer service and financial tasks, with a preference for working overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or requests.
• Prepare and run daily financial reports, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Auxiliary in security checks, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial records accurately.
• A friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Prior experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate!

Pay

New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days.

Schedule

Two days a week, weekend availability required.
