Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Accurately follow hotel accounting and audit procedures to ensure all financial processes are completed and balanced.
- Prioritize guest safety and security, playing a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and secure stay.
- Acknowledge and engage Marriott Bonvoy members, enroll new members, and promote program benefits.
- Communicate effectively with guests, showcasing in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities, features, and local area attractions.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while carrying out nightly duties.
What We're Looking For
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
