About the role
We’re looking for a Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position offers a balance between customer service and financial tasks, particularly suited for night owls who prefer working overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or requests.
- Prepare and run daily financial reports, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist with security checks, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial records accurately.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight hours.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Prior experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate!

Pay
New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days.
