Hotel Guest Services Assistant - Part Time
About the role
Welcome and assist Guests checking in and out of hotel rooms while creatively enhancing their stay by providing information regarding Disneyland® Resort services and activities, as well as for the surrounding Southern California areas as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to remain positive regardless of current task
- Previous cash handling experience as well as proven computer proficiency while navigating through multiple computer applications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated to complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
- Passion for serving others and proven problem-solving skills
- Receptive to special requests
Schedule Availability
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am, or 5:00am. You may be scheduled for a graveyard shift. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
Pay
The pay rate for this role in California is $29.75 per hour.
