Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Operate hotel equipment and systems effectively
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those who drive)
