Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
  • Operate hotel equipment and systems effectively
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those who drive)
