Hospitality Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)
About the role
We're looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, FF&E, or technical project management. You'll work on operator, brand, or owner representative side of hotel projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure Ruby’s brand, technical, design, and operational standards come to life on site.
- Coordinate developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Manage FF&E execution from tendering and vendor selection through installation and handover.
- Review layouts, drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination with a strong eye for detail and guest experience.
- Identify project risks early and help solve issues before they become problems.
- Support construction progress, quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Shape and adapt Ruby’s brand standards for the North American market.
Responsibilities
As the operator’s representative across our North American hotel projects, you will ensure Ruby’s brand, technical, design, and operational standards come to life on site. Key duties include:

- A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- An eye for detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Confidence working in fast-paced and international environments.
- Willingness to travel across North America.
- Fluent English skills, additional languages like Spanish are a plus.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000 USD annually, depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
