About the role

As a Hospital Services Administrator at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on building proficiency in managing hospital programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care in licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs within the Hospital Services Group.

Health care experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and coordination of services for hospital programs.
  • Ensure compliance and high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Lead a team in a positive environment, fostering appreciation and support.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Develop relationships at all organizational levels to influence positive outcomes.
  • Adapt, innovate, and lead in a dynamic healthcare setting.
  • Cover multiple locations, requiring some local travel.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (e.g., nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN) at the discretion of leadership.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
  • Capacity to develop effective relationships and influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, innovation, and leadership in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally to cover multiple locations.
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, including a booster when eligible.

Pay
