About the role
As a Hospital Services Administrator at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on overseeing the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs in the Hospital Services Group, building proficiency in managing hospital programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Health care experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in a positive environment where members appreciate, support, and rely on each other
- Manage hospital programs to ensure compliance and high-quality patient care
- Develop proficiency in acute and sub-acute care administration
- Adapt to and lead in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Cover multiple locations, requiring some local travel
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Capacity to develop relationships at all organizational levels and influence positive outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in a dynamic environment
Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.
