About the role

As a Hospital Services Administrator at DaVita, you’ll be a part of a team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on building proficiency in managing hospital programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care in licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs within the Hospital Services Group.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs in the Hospital Services Group.
  • Lead a team in a positive environment where members appreciate, support, and rely on each other.
  • Manage multiple priorities adeptly in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization to influence positive outcomes.
  • Adapt, innovate, and lead in an environment where change is common.
  • Cover multiple locations, requiring some local travel.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capacity to develop relationships and influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $130,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
