Hospital Community Liaison (Tulsa, OK)

About the role

The Community Liaison will interact with specific hospitals in the Tulsa, OK region, promoting Ennoble Care's services including Home and Hospice care. Responsibilities include analyzing the market, developing marketing plans, and providing community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential of the service area to identify target markets
• Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals
• Analyze company's organization to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Analyze past and current marketing data
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections
• Create a marketing plan, prioritizing tasks and setting a timeline
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timeframe
• Review and evaluate analyses and plans regularly
• Attend IDG meetings as necessary
• Assist office staff with updates and other needs
• Provide community outreach and education

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Licensed driver with an insured vehicle

Pay

$50,000 - $95,000 base salary, plus bonuses
