Community Liaison (Tulsa, OK)

About the role

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider serving multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Our clinicians provide care in patients' homes, focusing on those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. We offer services like remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management to ensure high-quality care. We are seeking a full-time Community Liaison for our Tulsa, OK region.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan staying within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured vehicle in good working order.

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
