Hospital Community Liaison (Oklahoma City, OK)

About the role

The Community Liaison will interact with hospitals, offices, and facilities to promote Ennoble Care's house call and hospice services. Responsibilities include analyzing market potential, obtaining patient referrals, developing marketing plans, and attending meetings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential of the service area to identify target markets
• Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals
• Analyze company's organization to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Analyze past and current marketing data
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections
• Create a marketing plan with identified priorities and a reasonable timeline
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timeframe
• Review and evaluate analyses and plans regularly
• Attend IDG meetings as necessary
• Assist office staff with updates and other tasks
• Provide community outreach and education

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Licensed driver with an insured vehicle

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to drive to various locations
