About the role

As an Internet Consultant at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine, you play a crucial role in ensuring the dealership maximizes its profit potential. You serve as a key point of contact for the sales department, interacting with guests both online and in person.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help achieve the dealership's profit goals.
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication.
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available.
• Aid guests in selecting a new or used vehicle.
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guest to facilitate proper vehicle demonstration and transaction.
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a positive work environment and continuously improve.

Requirements

• Full-time availability.
• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests.
• A professional appearance and work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent setting.
