About the role

As an Internet Consultant at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, you play a crucial role in ensuring the dealership maximizes its profit potential. You act as a critical point of contact for the sales department, communicating effectively with guests through various methods including online and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help achieve the dealership's maximum profit potential.
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person).
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available.
• Aid guests in selecting a new/used vehicle.
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guest to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction.
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and continuously improve.

Requirements

• Full-time availability.
• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record of Sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests.
• A professional appearance and work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings.
