It's a specific requirement for Florida applicants; but it's still a requirement. We'll keep it maybe under Additional Information as a note.)

- About Us: About CenterWell Home Health... etc. This is company description; could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company overview; we could put under "About the role" maybe? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have predetermined headings. We need to map content to these headings.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.

- Schedule: Work schedule, normal hours, on-call, travel expectations.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual data.
We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, navigation, etc. The "Equal Opportunity Employer" section is boilerplate; remove. Also "About Us" maybe considered company description; but it's substantive? It's about the company, not the role. The instruction says to include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. The "About Us" is not about the role; but we could include under "About the role"? However the heading list includes "About the role". So we can put role summary there, not company description. The "About Us" could be considered boilerplate? It's not required for the role; but it's still substantive info about the company. The instruction says to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep company description if it's substantive. But where to put? There's no heading for "About the company". The allowed headings are limited to those eight. We could put company description under "About the role" as part of role context? Might be okay. However the instruction says "Use
