Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing skilled nursing care to adults in their homes within Lackawanna County. Key Responsibilities Administer treatments such as wound care, infusion, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes.Maintain accurate clinical records compliant with policies and regulations.Coordinate comprehensive patient care and consult with physicians regarding care plans.Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members.Obtain and update patients' medical histories. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in the state of application.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
