About the Role

We are looking for passionate caregivers with afternoon and evening availability to join our team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working for a large Christian organization dedicated to elder care. Atrio Help at Home provides flexible scheduling, allowing you to tailor your hours to fit your lifestyle.

Our services include personal care, chores/housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, and meal preparation. Shifts vary, with some staff working 2-4 hours at a time and others up to a full eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to seniors
• Assist with chores and housekeeping
• Transport clients as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform on-call duty one weekend a month and some holidays

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance with Declaration page
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Access to a computer and an email address
• Must have your own vehicle (public transportation is not sufficient for client privacy)

Pay

$18.10/hour for non-certified aides, $19.10/hour for current Michigan-certified CNAs, plus mileage and drive time.
