About the role

The HOA Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of multiple homeowners associations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple homeowners associations.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting for each association.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding homeowners associations.
  • Communicate with residents and board members to address concerns and provide updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in homeowners association management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of community association laws and regulations.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
