About the role
The HOA Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of multiple homeowners associations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple homeowners associations.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for each association.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding homeowners associations.
- Communicate with residents and board members to address concerns and provide updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in homeowners association management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of community association laws and regulations.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
